This site is dedicated to the use, maintenance, repair, history, and collection of the Axiomat
microscope from the Carl Zeiss Group.  It is my intention to provide a website  for all persons
interested in the history, and use of this one-of-a-kind microscope. According to more
knowledgeable folks than I there were less than 800 of these magnificent scopes sold worldwide,
about 200 in the U.S.A. Though I have spoken with a gentleman who has over 11! 

Axiomat documents from the Carl Zeiss Group, state when fully configured with a Large Lamphouse, the Axiomat weighs more than 300lbs!  Not a microscope a person would be moving around their
kitchen table.

All Zeiss document files are the copyright materials of the Carl Zeiss Group. I have their permission to
convert specific Zeiss documents into pdf. format for downloading by interested parties. Zeiss documents that I upload are available to all without charge. I ask that you respect the copyrights of the Carl Zeiss Group, and my efforts to make them available to everyone free of charge by not selling them. You may not edit them without written permission from the Carl Zeiss Group. It is not necessary to reference my website but please acknowledge the generosity of the Carl Zeiss Group in allowing their documents to be distributed publicly.

I have only a small portion of existing printed Axiomat documents and Axiomat related documents in my possession. If you have Axiomat and/or Axiomat related documents you would like to donate, provide copies of, or offer to me for purchase please contact me via my website. I will provide high resolution, 600 dpi, color, copies of  any Zeiss documents in my possession in exchange for copies of your Axiomat and/or Axiomat related documents.

Hopefully I have covered all of the needed disclaimers, guidelines, fine print, etc. If I have missed anything please let me know. I would appreciate feedback on any words that I have missspelled!  Wink
